Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp mustard (sugar-free, preferably Dijon or natural)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil (or flaxseed oil during fat phase)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Pepper, salt
  • (optional) finely chopped parsley or chives for extra freshness

Instructions

  • Combine mustard, lemon juice, oil, and water in a small bowl or jar.

  • Whisk with a fork until smooth and creamy.

  • Season with pepper, salt, and optionally fresh herbs.

Serving Tip

Perfect for salads with egg, chicken, fish, or green beans in tomato sauce. Serve in a small glass jar or drizzle in thin streaks over your salad. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs or a slice of lemon.

Storage Tip

Keeps well for 3–4 days in the fridge in a sealed jar. Shake or stir before use.
