
Ingredients
- —1 handful of fresh parsley
- —1 handful of fresh cilantro
- —1 small clove of garlic
- —Juice of 1/2 lemon
- —2–3 tablespoons of water
- —1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- —1–2 drops of apple cider vinegar (optional)
- —Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Roughly chop the parsley and cilantro.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and water to a small blender or mortar.
Blend or crush until you achieve a smooth, light green sauce.
Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
Optionally, add a few drops of apple cider vinegar for extra Spanish zest.
Serve over grilled or steamed vegetables, fish, chicken, or cold salads.

Delicious over grilled bell peppers, cod, chicken, or chilled zucchini ribbons.
Storage Tip
