Green Feta Dip with Herbs

Ingredients
- —150 g feta
- —200 g Greek yogurt
- —15 g fresh parsley
- —10 g fresh dill
- —2 spring onions
- —1 tbsp lemon juice
- —1 tbsp olive oil
- —20 g pistachios
- —0.5 tsp Aleppo pepper
- —salt to taste
Instructions
Crumble the feta and blend it with the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add parsley, dill, and spring onions, and blend briefly until everything is bright green and creamy.
Spoon the dip into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with pistachios and Aleppo pepper.
