Green Feta Dip with Herbs

Ingredients

  • —150 g feta
  • —200 g Greek yogurt
  • —15 g fresh parsley
  • —10 g fresh dill
  • —2 spring onions
  • —1 tbsp lemon juice
  • —1 tbsp olive oil
  • —20 g pistachios
  • —0.5 tsp Aleppo pepper
  • —salt to taste

Instructions

  • Crumble the feta and blend it with the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  • Add parsley, dill, and spring onions, and blend briefly until everything is bright green and creamy.

  • Spoon the dip into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with pistachios and Aleppo pepper.

Serving Tip

This dip looks best in a simple bowl, served with raw vegetables or crunchy veggies for dipping.

Keeps covered in the fridge for up to three days.
