Hummus

Ingredients

  • 120 g cooked chickpeas (unsalted)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional)
  • ½ clove garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 2 tbsp water (for creaminess)
  • Pepper, sea salt

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or with a hand mixer. Gradually add water until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and optionally extra lemon.

Serving Tip

Delicious with raw veggies, grilled vegetables, or as a dip for veggie chips.

Storage Tip

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
