- —120 g cooked chickpeas (unsalted)
- —1 tbsp olive oil
- —1 tbsp lemon juice
- —½ tsp ground cumin (optional)
- —½ clove garlic (or garlic powder)
- —2 tbsp water (for creaminess)
- —Pepper, sea salt
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or with a hand mixer.
Gradually add water until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
Season to taste with pepper, salt, and optionally extra lemon.
