Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix the lemon juice with minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper, and rub this mixture over the chicken.
Roast the chicken wings in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning them halfway.
Meanwhile, slice the cucumber into thin strips and coarsely grate the carrot.
Toss the vegetables with chopped cilantro and a few drops of lemon juice, and serve alongside the warm chicken.
