- —85 g almonds
- —100 g pecans
- —120 g oats
- —100 g dried cranberries
- —25 g chia seeds
- —25 g hemp seeds
- —1 teaspoon speculaas spice mix
- —40 g vegan protein powder
- —1 pinch of salt
- —1 ripe banana
- —100 ml maple syrup
- —2 tablespoons nut butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a square baking dish (20 × 20 cm) with parchment paper.
Coarsely chop the almonds and pecans.
Mix the nuts with oats, cranberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, speculaas spice mix, protein powder, and salt.
Mash the banana until smooth.
Combine the banana, maple syrup, and nut butter with the dry mixture.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish.
Press down firmly with a spoon or your hands.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
After 15 minutes, loosely cover with parchment paper if needed.
Let cool for at least 15 minutes.
Cut into bars.
