- —80 ml water or unsweetened almond drink
- —½ tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)
- —Pinch of cinnamon or vanilla powder
- —1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil for frying
- —(Optional) apple slices or berries as topping
Instructions
Preparation
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Add almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and water; mix until smooth.
Heat a drop of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour small portions of batter into the pan and cook the pancakes for ± 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve immediately with fruit or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Air Fryer: – Preheat to 180 °C – Pour small portions of batter into heatproof molds, bake for 8–10 minutes
