This week - last week of April 2026:
TEUN has been added as a (small new) custom component to Zappa, for one specific client. And the mornings were dedicated to workshops.
TEUN previously operated independently on pb.nl — our 'own image editor'. Now it is integrated within Zappa. Batch post-production for professional photoshoots: background tint, model height normalisation, automatic crops (full + knee) and foot shadow. All in one pipeline, with a watch folder that automatically captures the work.
For another client, we have also integrated a TEUN component. They use it for their production automation. In about two weeks, we will be shooting there — with a real model for this client. Hence the customisation, to process this as well.
Stack
Next.js. Bcrypt for authentication. JWT tokens. Neon PostgreSQL. Processing runs on Replicate (rembg for background removal) and Sharp for image editing.
Workshops as a Common Thread
The rest of the week was primarily about workshops.
Inspiring morning sessions with Zappa, our prompt engine. Specifically for location shoots and inspiration images. For two clients, together with some of their employees, we crafted prompts, made everything workable and optimised. Story around it. Images included.
They now know how to style and have good starting images. And now we have created sleek locations around them together. They will continue styling themselves, in-house. We bring that styling to the location. And we prompt that location.
In Higgsfield it all comes together.
This morning an Italian series. Last week a Moroccan series. Beautiful sequences. And good learning curves for their team.
I also produced a whole series of male poses for them, which are very useful in their future e-commerce production AI shoots.
What Clients Really Want
At Digital Model Management we clearly notice: there is more demand for customisation and workshops than for full location shoots that we organise for brands. Clients enjoy working independently. And that's fine — I find it very exciting to convey it.
Half-day sessions work well. You can get quite far with them.
Teaching clients to organise this themselves is simply enjoyable. And showing them that AI works very well alongside their current production line.
But also that it still involves a lot of work — only after these sessions, there is much less 'guesswork', and you have much more control over the image you create. And the client receives all the prompts, and truly builds something, and can thus teach their own GPT or claude this. Because the goal of my workshops is always to create independence.
Endoor
A lot of images. A lot of prompts. A lot of workshops. TEUN now operates as a custom component within Zappa.
A great week, now into the sun.
