Today. Arjan. 3.5 hours. Claude Code Terminal.
Arjan runs a great company with 15 employees, aiming to further automate and innovate.
No website background.
But he has a Mac, an idea, and the desire to understand.
That is enough.
We already had a good preliminary conversation. The interest was genuinely there — that makes the difference. As a result, we could dive straight into the depth today without wasting time on why or what for, and he had already tried various things locally, so we 'centralised it together'. By the end of the afternoon, the basics were in place: Homebrew, Node, Claude Code, terminal open, GitHub linked, Vercel live, automatic deploy with every push. Never having to set it up again.
He is now taking this back to his team, but mainly home because he is really going to try everything out for himself now without pressure and with time. That is exactly what you want (before you REALLY) invest time and money into something.
He looked a bit glazed over at the end :) haha it is a lot, isn't it, but enthusiastic and leaving with many ideas.
To Be Clear About Who I Am
I am not a developer. Not a teacher. Not a consultant with a deck.
I am a vibe coder.
That means: I build based on intuition, pace, logic — and with AI as a building partner. I do not write perfect code. I build working things, quickly, and learn by doing. That is my method. That is also what I pass on.
Over the past 8 months, I have fully immersed myself. Claude Code, GitHub, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling. And my own Zappa prompt engine. Not as an experiment — as a daily practice.
Besides my own projects, I have now guided two companies in tool choices. Which AI tools fit their workflow. Where the real costs lie. What you can build yourself instead of paying for. Both are active in fashion e-commerce, and that is no coincidence — that is where I have 19 years of experience.
What I Can Show You
Claude Code — from terminal to live Installation on your Mac, workflow, GitHub, Vercel. From nothing to a working site in an afternoon.
Zappa Prompt Engine My own tool. Building prompts that guide instead of guessing. For image, video, campaign.
Digital Model Management How to set up a complete AI campaign without a model, without a studio, without a photographer. Which tools, which order, why most people approach it incorrectly.
TEUN — image processing My own image processing system, which I have been working with since 2018. Consistent product photography at scale, without post-processing per piece. (now become zappa)
Practical AI tools for daily work Not the hype. What actually saves time, reduces costs, and makes you more productive in e-commerce and production.
The common thread: solving small problems. Asking the right question to the right tool. Not everything at once, not the biggest story — but the next concrete thing that works.
Who This Is For
You need basic knowledge of Claude or ChatGPT. Not much. But some.
I can more easily take someone who is almost starting from scratch than a seasoned developer or a CEO with an agenda. Those two types do not follow me anyway — and that is perfectly fine.
What I am looking for: someone who thinks in the same market. Fashion, e-commerce, production, imagery. Someone who understands what it costs to plan a shoot, roll out a campaign, acquire a tool that is no longer used nine months later.
And a connection. That sounds vague, but it is not. If our first conversation does not go well, a session is pointless.
Practical
I have a few half-days available.
One-on-one or a maximum of three people at a time.
Bring your Mac — I am not familiar with Windows.
Afterwards, you will receive a good summary: links, explanations, and some basic skills that you can immediately use in Claude. Plus coffee or tea, in an environment that also shows a bit of what it is all about.
Rate: €100 per hour.

Some come back every two to three weeks for a follow-up session. That is possible — you set your own pace, and whether you keep up with me because I do go quite fast :) After the session, you will receive a good summary: links, explanations, and some basic skills that you can immediately use in Claude.
