Instructions

Halve the grapes.
Finely chop the dates.
Roughly chop the nuts.
Finely chop the kale and lettuce.
Gently mix the chicken, apple, grapes, dates, nuts, and greens together.
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Divide the mixture evenly over the wraps.
Roll them tightly and cut in half.
