Wrap with Roasted Chicken, Apple, and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g grapes
  • 4 dates
  • 30 g mixed nuts
  • 100 g kale
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 2 wraps
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  • Roast the chicken breasts in the oven or pan-fry until golden brown, then let them cool slightly.

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.

  • Dice the apple into small cubes.

  • Halve the grapes.

  • Finely chop the dates.

  • Roughly chop the nuts.

  • Finely chop the kale and lettuce.

  • Gently mix the chicken, apple, grapes, dates, nuts, and greens together.

  • Season with pepper and salt to taste.

  • Divide the mixture evenly over the wraps.

  • Roll them tightly and cut in half.
