Ingredients

  • 1 haddock fillet (approximately 150–180 g)
  • 1/2 bok choy, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for delicious frying)
  • 2 tablespoons goat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped or powder) in the yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Pepper and sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the bok choy into large pieces and briefly cook for 1–2 minutes to keep it crunchy.

  • Mix the goat yogurt with garlic, dill, pepper, and salt to create a fresh sauce.

  • Cut the haddock fillet into pieces and season with fish spices.

  • Heat the butter in a pan and gently fry the haddock until golden at the edges and tender inside.

  • Place the warm bok choy in a deep plate.

  • Arrange the haddock on top.

  • Spoon the dill-garlic sauce generously over and serve warm.

Serving Tip

Serve everything in a deep white plate to highlight the soft, fresh character of the dish: light, white, and super flavorful. Use a spoon to enjoy all the juices—delicious!

Storage Tip

Best enjoyed immediately—just go for it. Nothing will be left over.
