White Haddock with Bok Choy and Dill-Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- —1 haddock fillet (approximately 150–180 g)
- —1/2 bok choy, roughly chopped
- —1 tablespoon butter (for delicious frying)
- —2 tablespoons goat yogurt
- —1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped or powder) in the yogurt
- —1 teaspoon dried dill
- —Pepper and sea salt to taste
Instructions
Chop the bok choy into large pieces and briefly cook for 1–2 minutes to keep it crunchy.
Mix the goat yogurt with garlic, dill, pepper, and salt to create a fresh sauce.
Cut the haddock fillet into pieces and season with fish spices.
Heat the butter in a pan and gently fry the haddock until golden at the edges and tender inside.
Place the warm bok choy in a deep plate.
Arrange the haddock on top.
Spoon the dill-garlic sauce generously over and serve warm.
