Ingredients

  • —400 g white beans
  • —1 onion
  • —2 cloves garlic
  • —750 ml vegetable broth
  • —1 tsp thyme
  • —1 bay leaf

Instructions

  • Chop the onion and finely mince the garlic. Gently sauté them in a pot until soft and fragrant.

  • Briefly puree part of the soup to create a creamy texture while leaving some beans visible.

  • Ladle the soup into bowls and finish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh dill.
