
White Asparagus with 0.0 Wine, Egg, and Chives
Ingredients
- —250 g white asparagus
- —1 egg
- —50 ml non-alcoholic white wine (Free Feather Chardonnay Alcohol-Free)
- —1 tsp fresh thyme
- —5 g fresh chives
- —2 tbsp water
- —pinch of salt
- —pinch of black pepper
Instructions
A refined and light dish where white asparagus is enhanced with a subtle, fresh touch of 0.0 wine and gentle herbs.
Carefully peel the white asparagus and trim the tough ends
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the asparagus for 8–10 minutes until tender
Remove the asparagus from the water and let cool slightly
Mix the non-alcoholic white wine with a splash of water (Free Feather Chardonnay Alcohol-Free)
Add thyme, salt, and pepper
Place the asparagus in the marinade and let it soak for 15–20 minutes
Boil the egg hard for 8 minutes and let it cool
Peel the egg and crumble it coarsely
Arrange the asparagus on a plate and spoon the marinade over them
Sprinkle with the egg and finely chopped chives

Serve these asparagus slightly chilled for an elegant and fresh spring experience.
