
Ingredients
- —600 g watermelon
- —120 g feta
- —0.5 red onion
- —1 tbsp fresh mint
- —1 tbsp olive oil
- —1 tsp lemon juice
- —pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Slice the red onion into thin half rings and crumble the feta.
Add the onion and feta to the watermelon.
Mix olive oil with lemon juice and black pepper and drizzle over the salad.
Toss gently to keep the watermelon intact and finish with fresh mint.
