Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a splash of water.
- Add the chicken strips and cook for 4–5 minutes until they start to brown.
- Add the green beans and zucchini, stirring everything together.
- Let the vegetables soften with the chicken for 6–8 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Simmer for 1 more minute to let the flavors meld.
- Serve warm, straight from the pan.
