- —150 g chicken breast
- —1 celery stalk
- —80 g blue grapes
- —2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
- —1 teaspoon sugar-free mustard
- —1 tablespoon lemon juice
- —1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- —15 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Gently cook the chicken breast in lightly salted water until done and let it cool.
Cut the chicken into thin pieces. Slice the celery into thin arcs and halve the grapes.
Mix yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice into a fresh dressing. Combine chicken, celery, and grapes in a bowl and gently fold in the dressing.
Sprinkle with parsley and optionally walnuts for extra texture.
