- —– Pepper, sea salt
Instructions
Use a spiralizer to create spaghetti-like strands from the zucchini or carrot.
Combine with the green beans and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
Add the pine nuts and olive oil.
Season with basil, pepper, and sea salt.
Serve cold or slightly warm.
(Optional: toast pine nuts for 3 minutes at 160 °C.)
