Ingredients
- —120 g veal schnitzel
- —1 tsp ghee or olive oil
- —1 tsp lemon juice
- —1 tsp fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped
- —Pepper, sea salt, pinch of paprika powder
Instructions
Pat the schnitzel dry and season with pepper, salt, and paprika powder.
Heat ghee or olive oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drizzle with lemon juice at the end and sprinkle with parsley.
