Ingredients

  • 60–70 g veal liver sausage (natural, without sugar or fillers)
  • 1 portion of mixed vegetables:
  • Cucumber, carrot, tomato, or arugula
  • 1 tsp mustard dressing or yogurt dip
  • (Optional) 1 rye crispbread as a carbohydrate source
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
  • Pepper, optionally a drop of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Slice the liver sausage into thin slices or cubes.

  • Create a salad with vegetables of your choice and mix with the dressing.

  • Place the slices of liver sausage on top or alongside.

  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs and a pinch of pepper.
