Tzatziki with Dill

Ingredients
- —1 small tub of full-fat (goat) yogurt (±400 g)
- —1 cucumber, grated
- —Juice of 1 lemon
- —10 g fresh dill, finely chopped
- —1 tsp salt
- —½ tsp pepper
Instructions
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the moisture thoroughly using a cloth or sieve.
Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Add the cucumber and stir well.
Let the tzatziki rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Preparation time: 10 minutes + 30 minutes resting = ± 40 minutes total
Serving Tip
Delicious with chicken shawarma, grilled vegetables, or as a refreshing dip for raw veggies. Serve in a bowl with some extra dill or a few drops of olive oil on top. Optionally, add a thin slice of lemon for color and freshness.
Storage Tip
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, well covered. Stir before serving.
