Ingredients
- —320 g turkey fillet
- —2 teaspoons olive oil
- —2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- —2 teaspoons mustard
- —2 teaspoons orange zest
- —2 tablespoons orange juice
- —2 small sprigs of thyme
- —2 small sprigs of rosemary
- —Pepper and sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Pat the turkey fillets dry and season with pepper, salt, and orange zest.
- Heat the olive oil and sear the turkey for 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Add garlic, mustard, thyme, and rosemary, and sauté briefly.
- Deglaze with orange juice.
- Let it simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
- Slice the turkey into thin pieces and serve with the warm sauce.
