Turkey Fillet with Orange, Thyme, and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • —320 g turkey fillet
  • —2 teaspoons olive oil
  • —2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • —2 teaspoons mustard
  • —2 teaspoons orange zest
  • —2 tablespoons orange juice
  • —2 small sprigs of thyme
  • —2 small sprigs of rosemary
  • —Pepper and sea salt to taste

Instructions

- Pat the turkey fillets dry and season with pepper, salt, and orange zest.

- Heat the olive oil and sear the turkey for 2–3 minutes on each side.

- Add garlic, mustard, thyme, and rosemary, and sauté briefly.

- Deglaze with orange juice.

- Let it simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.

- Slice the turkey into thin pieces and serve with the warm sauce.

Serving Tip

Serve the turkey sliced thinly with the warm orange-herb sauce drizzled over. Warm, tender, and aromatic — a light winter classic with elegant citrus and herb flavors.
