Ingredients
- —250 g strawberries
- —75 g arugula
- —200 g burrata
- —0.5 red onion
- —1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- —1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- —1 tbsp olive oil
- —1 tbsp pistachios
- —pinch of salt
- —pinch of pepper
Instructions
Wash the strawberries and cut them into halves.
Spread the arugula over a large platter and place the strawberries on top.
Slice the red onion into thin rings and mix them with some of the balsamic vinegar to soften the flavor.
Place the burrata in the center of the salad and scatter the red onion over it.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil and the remaining balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, salt, and pepper, and gently tear open the burrata just before serving so the creamy interior flows over the salad.
A summery salad where sweet strawberries and creamy burrata come together beautifully. Fresh, soft, and elegant – the kind of dish that feels light yet rich in flavor.
Serving Tip
Serve this salad lightly chilled to let the fresh strawberries and creamy burrata shine.
