
Ingredients
- —150g salmon fillet
- —200g broccoli, cut into florets
- —100g zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- —1 lemon slice + extra for serving
- —1 teaspoon lemon zest
- —Salt and pepper to taste
- —Splash of water for the pan
Instructions
Bring a pan with a small layer of water to a boil and place a steaming basket on top.
Place the broccoli and zucchini in the steaming basket and steam for 4–5 minutes.
Then place the salmon on top of the vegetables.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and a slice of lemon.
Steam everything together for another 8–10 minutes until the salmon is tender and just cooked through.
Carefully remove the salmon and vegetables from the basket.
Sprinkle the lemon zest over the top and serve with extra lemon.
Serving Tip
Delicious with fresh dill or parsley on top.
Storage Tip
Keeps for up to 1 day in the fridge, but best enjoyed warm.
