
Spinach Wrap with Chicken Breast
Ingredients

- —60 g fresh spinach

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and bake for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and juicy.
Let it rest briefly, then slice thinly.
Lay the spinach wraps open and spread with cottage cheese.
Distribute the fresh spinach and grated carrot over them and place the chicken slices on top.
Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half if desired before serving.
