Instructions
A fragrant, fresh pasta where spinach and garlic come together with lemon and a soft, savory cheese touch.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta (of your choice) according to the package instructions
Reserve a cup of cooking water and drain the pasta
Heat a large pan and add the garlic
Let the garlic gently release its aroma without coloring
Add the spinach and let it wilt
Mix the pasta with the spinach
Add a splash of cooking water for binding
Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice
Add the grated cheese and parsley
Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes
