Ingredients
- —160g ground chicken (lean)
- —1 teaspoon paprika
- —1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- —1/2 teaspoon cumin
- —1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
- —1 teaspoon olive oil
- —Salt and pepper to taste
- —70g yogurt (full-fat, goat, or sheep yogurt)
- —1 handful of parsley
- —1 handful of mint
- —1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
Mix the ground chicken with paprika, turmeric, cumin, garlic, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through.
Prepare the green salsa by blending parsley, mint, lemon zest, and a splash of water into a thin green sauce.
Spoon some yogurt onto a plate and spread it into a soft 'swipe'.
Place the warm meatballs on top and drizzle the green salsa alongside.
Serving Tip
Serve the meatballs close together on the yogurt. It will look like a high-end dish without taking much time.
Storage Tip
The meatballs keep for 1 day; add the yogurt and salsa fresh at the table.
