Seed Breakfast with Vegetables and Coffee

Ingredients

  • 40 g oil-rich seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds)
  • 20 g seed or nut mix (if allowed in your plan)
  • 100 g vegetables of your choice – pick one or combine:
  • Cucumber or celery (fresh and crunchy)
  • Carrot or bell pepper (sweeter and slightly more filling)
  • Cherry tomatoes (occasionally allowed)
  • Black coffee or coffee with a bit of warm water

Instructions

For mornings when you don’t feel like cooking: just a bowl of seeds, some raw veggies on the side, and coffee — ready in two minutes. Compact, pure, and perfectly within your plan. Place the seeds in a small bowl — just as they are, no need to add anything. Choose one type of vegetable or prepare a small plate with a mix of raw veggies. Serve with a cup of coffee and optionally a glass of water on the side. Simple, nutritious, and just right for mornings when you want to keep things easy — seeds, crunch, veggies, done. Yes, I’m the guy who came up with this :)

Serving Tip

Add a few drops of lemon juice over the vegetables for a fresh touch. If fats are allowed again: mix the seeds with 1 tsp of flaxseed oil or olive oil for extra smoothness.
