
Ingredients
- —40 g oil-rich seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds)
- —20 g seed or nut mix (if allowed in your plan)
- —100 g vegetables of your choice – pick one or combine:
- —Cucumber or celery (fresh and crunchy)
- —Carrot or bell pepper (sweeter and slightly more filling)
- —Cherry tomatoes (occasionally allowed)
- —Black coffee or coffee with a bit of warm water
Instructions
For mornings when you don’t feel like cooking: just a bowl of seeds, some raw veggies on the side, and coffee — ready in two minutes. Compact, pure, and perfectly within your plan.
Place the seeds in a small bowl — just as they are, no need to add anything.
Choose one type of vegetable or prepare a small plate with a mix of raw veggies.
Serve with a cup of coffee and optionally a glass of water on the side.

Serving Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice over the vegetables for a fresh touch. If fats are allowed again: mix the seeds with 1 tsp of flaxseed oil or olive oil for extra smoothness.
