Ingredients

Instructions
Rinse the lentils thoroughly.
Blend them with the water into a smooth, thin batter.
Mix the spices, pepper, and salt into the batter.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan.
Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan.
Cook the pancake for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and firm.
Serve with your chosen topping.
