Savory Panna Cotta with Ricotta and Herbs

Ingredients
- —2 g gelatin
- —150 ml semi-skimmed milk
- —120 g ricotta
- —80 g low-fat quark
- —1 g salt
- —1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- —1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- —1 small zucchini
Instructions
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Gently heat the milk with the salt.
Squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve it in the warm milk.
Place the ricotta and quark in a blender.
Add the warm milk and blend until smooth.
Mix in the finely chopped herbs.
Divide the mixture into small molds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Slice the zucchini into thin strips.
Steam or blanch the zucchini briefly.
Unmold the panna cotta and serve with zucchini and herbs.
