Salmon Pâté in Verrines

Ingredients

  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh dill
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Allow the smoked salmon and cream cheese to come to room temperature.

  • Roughly chop the salmon.

  • Blend the salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, and pepper into a smooth pâté.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  • Divide the salmon pâté into small glasses.

  • Garnish with dill and a drop of olive oil.
