Instructions
Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters
Dice the cucumber into large chunks
Finely chop the red onion
Cut the feta into cubes
Chop the fresh mint finely
Combine the strawberries, cucumber, red onion, feta, and mint in a large bowl
Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper to make a smooth dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad
