Ingredients
- —120g cold salmon (steamed or leftover), in tender pieces
- —1/2 cucumber, diced small
- —70g yogurt (full-fat, goat or sheep yogurt)
- —1 teaspoon lemon zest
- —1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
- —Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Dice the cucumber into small pieces.
Mix the yogurt with lemon zest, dill, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Fold the cucumber pieces into the yogurt mixture until lightly coated.
Place the salmon pieces on top, keeping them intact.
Pack everything into a small container with a lid.
Keep refrigerated until you're ready to go — it stays fresh and firm.
No cucumber at home? Use finely diced celery or thinly sliced radishes for the same crispness.
Serving Tip
Perfect for sunny outings or on the go — salmon stays tidy and hassle-free.
