Roasted Apple with Warm Yogurt and Crunchy Seed Mix

Ingredients

  • —1 apple, thinly sliced
  • —70 g yogurt (full-fat, goat, or sheep yogurt)
  • —1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • —1 teaspoon seed mix (pumpkin, sesame, flaxseed)
  • —1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • —1 teaspoon olive oil
  • —Pepper and a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • SautĂ© the apple slices with cinnamon until they soften and lightly caramelize.

  • Toast the seed mix for 1 minute in a corner of the pan.

  • Mix the yogurt with the lemon zest.

  • Arrange the warm apple on a plate and spoon the yogurt alongside.

  • Sprinkle with the warm, crunchy seed mix.

Serving Tip

Arrange the apple in a crescent shape and let the yogurt flow beside it for that real WOW effect on the plate.
