Raw Salmon with Salmon Roe and Avocado

Ingredients

  • —120 g fresh raw salmon (sashimi quality, thinly sliced)
  • —30 g avocado (diced)
  • —1 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • —1 tsp salmon roe (or trout roe, optional)
  • —A few drops of fresh lemon juice
  • —Pepper, sea salt
  • —Dill or chives (finely chopped)

Instructions

Arrange the salmon slices on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Add the avocado and garnish with the salmon roe. Season with pepper, salt, and fresh herbs. Serve immediately, well chilled.

Serving Tip

Serve on a chilled plate or in a small bowl placed over ice water for extra freshness.

Storage Tip

Consume immediately; do not store due to the raw fish.
