- —8 radishes, washed with tops intact
- —20g cold butter, shaped into curls or quenelles
- —Pinch of sea salt (fine or flaky)
- —Optional: 1/4 Leksands cracker, broken into small pieces for crunch
Instructions
Arrange the radishes on a small plate or elegant glass dish.
Scoop or cut the butter into small curls.
Place the butter next to or lightly touching the radishes.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over both the radishes and the butter.
Optionally, add small pieces of Leksands cracker for extra crunch.
Serving Tip
Use ice-cold butter for perfect curls. It looks chic and melts just as you dip a radish.
Storage Tip
Serve immediately; radishes stay crisp and butter keeps its shape.
