Quick and Easy: Refreshing Apple Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple (with skin, chopped)
  • 100 ml water (or cold boiled water)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • (optional) 1 tsp ground flaxseed for extra fiber

Instructions

Preparation

  • Chop the apple into pieces (keep the skin on for fiber).

  • Add everything to the blender: apple, water, lemon juice, cinnamon (and flaxseed, if using).

  • Blend until smooth and refreshing.

  • Serve chilled, optionally with a few ice cubes.

Serving Tip

Serve in a clear glass with a cinnamon stick or a slice of apple on the rim.
