- —1 medium apple (with skin, chopped)
- —100 ml water (or cold boiled water)
- —1 tsp lemon juice
- —¼ tsp cinnamon
- —(optional) 1 tsp ground flaxseed for extra fiber
Instructions
Preparation
Chop the apple into pieces (keep the skin on for fiber).
Add everything to the blender: apple, water, lemon juice, cinnamon (and flaxseed, if using).
Blend until smooth and refreshing.
Serve chilled, optionally with a few ice cubes.
Serving Tip
Serve in a clear glass with a cinnamon stick or a slice of apple on the rim.
