Pak Choi with Roast Beef & Balsamic on the Move
Ingredients
- —1 head of pak choi (± 200 g)
- —120–150 g roast beef
- —1–2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or just squeeze the bottle)
- —Pepper & salt
- —Optional: cucumber
Instructions
This lunch is perfect for on the go: (Peter; I really think this is a winner) HERE’S THE PLAN: take the pak choi separately, the fresh roast beef in a separate container, and when you're ready to eat, combine everything. Balsamic from your bag, mix it up… and done — in just a few moments, you have a tasty, healthy, and filling dish. Simple, fresh, and ideal for busy days.
Slice the pak choi Roughly chop it.
Quickly cook/steam 2–3 minutes. Then drain well.
Mix Combine pak choi + roast beef + balsamic vinegar.
Season Add pepper, salt, and optionally mustard or spring onion.
Ready Can be eaten immediately or packed in a container.
Serving Tip
Save those mini salt and pepper packets from hotels and restaurants; they're perfect to use now.
Storage Tip
No, don’t store it, eat it all up!
