Oven-Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata, Honey, and Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 400 g cherry or Roma tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Halve the tomatoes and place them in an ovenproof dish.

  • Drizzle with honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  • Roast for 20–25 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.

  • Tear the burrata into pieces and place them on a serving platter.

  • Spoon the warm tomatoes over the burrata.

  • Finish with extra honey, balsamic vinegar, and fresh basil.

  • Serve warm.
