Instructions
A classic, hearty salad with tuna and vegetables, enhanced with artichoke hearts for a gentle, Mediterranean twist.
Bring a pot of water to a boil
Boil the egg for 8 minutes until hard and let it cool
Slice the cucumber into half-moons
Slice the radishes thinly
Halve the tomato
Drain the artichoke hearts and halve if necessary
Drain the tuna
Mix greens, cucumber, radish, and tomato in a bowl
Top with tuna and artichoke hearts
Peel the egg, cut into wedges, and place on top
Mix lemon juice with mustard, salt, and pepper
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss lightly
