
Ingredients
- —1 small banana, mashed
- —1 egg
- —2 tablespoons buckwheat flakes or oat flakes (almond flour or rye flour can also be used)
- —1 tablespoon cranberries
- —½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Mash the banana in a mug.
Add the egg and mix well.
Stir in the flakes (or almond flour/rye flour).
Add cinnamon and cranberries.
Microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
Serve warm.
