- —0.5 cavaillon melon
- —0.5 honeydew melon
- —150 g cherry tomatoes
- —0.5 handful of fresh basil
- —0.5 bag of lamb's lettuce
- —0.25 head of curly lettuce
- —2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- —3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- —pepper
- —salt
Instructions
Use a melon baller to scoop balls from the flesh of both melons.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, lamb's lettuce, and curly lettuce, and let them drain well.
Mix apple cider vinegar with olive oil to create a light dressing.
Arrange the lamb's lettuce and curly lettuce on a large plate.
Scatter the melon balls and cherry tomatoes over the greens.
Place the burrata in the center.
Sprinkle with fresh basil.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and season with pepper and salt.
