Leksands Knäcke with Warm Spinach-Yogurt Spread

Ingredients
- —1 Leksands Knäcke Original
- —120g spinach, roughly chopped
- —70g yogurt (full-fat, goat or sheep yogurt)
- —1 small shallot, finely chopped
- —1 teaspoon lemon zest
- —Salt and pepper to taste
- —Splash of water for cooking
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium heat with a small splash of water.
Add the shallot and cook for 1–2 minutes until softened.
Add the spinach and stir until fully wilted.
Remove from heat and mix the warm spinach with the yogurt.
Season with lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the warm spinach-yogurt spread on top of the Leksands Knäcke.
Serve immediately or let cool for a tupperware-to-go option.

Extra delicious with an extra pinch of lemon zest on top.
