- —1 small leek, sliced into thick rings
- —1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- —1 small piece of ginger (1 cm), grated
- —1 teaspoon lemon zest
- —Salt and pepper to taste
- —2–3 tablespoons water for cooking
Instructions
Heat the pan until it's nice and hot.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and cook them until they soften and develop a slight sheen.
Mix in the garlic and ginger once the shiitake are warm.
Add the thick leek rings and let everything gently cook together.
Season with lemon zest, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Serve warm when the vegetables are tender and fragrant.
