🥑 Guacamole – creamy avocado dip

Ingredients
- —1 ripe avocado
- —1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- —1 small clove of garlic, pressed
- —Pepper, salt
- —Optional: some fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Mash with a fork or briefly blend with a hand blender.
Add lemon or lime juice, garlic, pepper, and salt.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Serving Tip
Serve in a small bowl, sprinkled with a few drops of lime juice and a pinch of coarse sea salt. Garnish with a leaf of cilantro or parsley.
Storage Tip
Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent discoloration. Keeps in the fridge for 1 day.
