Grilled Shrimp with Lemon and Oregano

Ingredients

  • 200 g large shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 5 g fresh oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

A vibrant and summery dish where grilled shrimp meet lemon, garlic, and oregano for a fresh, full flavor.

  • Peel the shrimp if necessary, leaving the tail on for extra flavor

  • Finely chop the garlic and mix with lemon juice

  • Add oregano, salt, and pepper

  • Toss the shrimp with the marinade and let rest for 10 minutes

  • Heat a grill pan or oven to high temperature

  • Place the shrimp on a baking sheet or in the pan

  • Grill for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and lightly colored

  • Turn halfway for even cooking

  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining juices

  • Serve with extra lemon and a spoonful of marinade
