Instructions
A vibrant and summery dish where grilled shrimp meet lemon, garlic, and oregano for a fresh, full flavor.
Peel the shrimp if necessary, leaving the tail on for extra flavor
Finely chop the garlic and mix with lemon juice
Add oregano, salt, and pepper
Toss the shrimp with the marinade and let rest for 10 minutes
Heat a grill pan or oven to high temperature
Place the shrimp on a baking sheet or in the pan
Grill for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and lightly colored
Turn halfway for even cooking
Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining juices
Serve with extra lemon and a spoonful of marinade
