Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • —4 tbsp (± 60 g) full-fat yogurt (3.5% or goat/sheep yogurt)
  • —1 tsp garlic powder
  • —1 tsp lemon juice
  • —Pepper, salt
  • —Optional: finely chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

  • Stir well until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.

  • Optionally, let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Serving Tip

Delicious with chicken shawarma, grilled vegetables, or as a dip for raw veggies. Serve in a small bowl with a sprig of parsley or some fresh chives on top — fresh and simple.
