Ingredients

- —2 heads of endive, finely chopped
- —½ carrot, grated
- —1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Whisk together the dressing using olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice.
Combine the endive, carrot, and chicken strips in a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
