Cucumber Radish Salad with Goat Cheese and Herbs

Ingredients
- —150 g cucumber
- —100 g radish
- —50 g celery
- —50 g soft goat cheese
- —5 g fresh dill
- —5 g fresh chives
- —5 g fresh mint
- —1 tbsp lemon juice
- —pinch of salt
- —pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the radishes and slice them into thin rounds, and cut the celery into fine arcs.
Finely chop the dill, chives, and mint, and mix them with the cucumber, radish, and celery in a bowl.
Crumble the goat cheese over the top.
Mix the lemon juice with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad, gently tossing until everything is lightly coated.
