Cucumber CanapƩs with Salmon Mousse

Ingredients

  • —1 large cucumber
  • —120 g smoked salmon
  • —100 g cream cheese
  • —1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • —1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
  • —Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber into rounds and pat them dry.

  • Blend the smoked salmon with the cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill until smooth, then season with pepper.

  • Transfer the mousse into a piping bag and pipe a dollop onto each cucumber slice.
