Crispbread with Goat Cheese, Turkey & Vegetables

Ingredients
- —1 rye crispbread
- —40 g soft goat cheese (plain)
- —50 g turkey breast (thinly sliced)
- —3 slices of cucumber
- —3 slices of tomato
- —1 tbsp garden cress
- —Pepper, optionally a bit of lemon juice
Instructions
Spread the crispbread with goat cheese.
Place the slices of turkey breast on top.
Garnish with cucumber, tomato, and garden cress.
Season with a twist of pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.
Serving Tip
