Crispbread with Goat Cheese, Turkey & Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 rye crispbread
  • 40 g soft goat cheese (plain)
  • 50 g turkey breast (thinly sliced)
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 3 slices of tomato
  • 1 tbsp garden cress
  • Pepper, optionally a bit of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Spread the crispbread with goat cheese.

  • Place the slices of turkey breast on top.

  • Garnish with cucumber, tomato, and garden cress.

  • Season with a twist of pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.

Serving Tip

Fresh, light, and protein-rich — perfect as a quick Metabolic lunch or breakfast. Serve on a plate or light cutting board, with some extra garden cress or a slice of lemon for a pop of color.

Storage Tip
